What kind of photos should I send?
Send several clear, well-lit photos with an unobstructed view of the face. Photos from different angles help. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavy filters, sunglasses, and very dark lighting whenever possible.
How do I send my photos?
After payment, use the Submit Photos tab. The form prepares an email with your order details; attach your selected photos before sending.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally within 3–7 business days after usable photos and complete creative instructions are received. Complex concepts or unusually high demand may require additional time.
What does one reasonable revision include?
A revision covers a practical adjustment to an approved concept, such as color, background detail, crop, or a small styling change. It does not include restarting the order with an entirely different concept or replacing the source photos after production.
Will the result look exactly like me?
We aim to preserve recognizable facial features, but these are creative transformations rather than documentary photographs. Results depend heavily on photo quality, pose, lighting, and the selected concept.
Will my photos be posted publicly?
No. Original and completed images remain private unless you give clear permission for a specific image to be shown in our portfolio or marketing.
Can I order for another person or as a gift?
Yes, provided you have permission to submit and use the photos. Gift recipients should approve the final creative direction whenever practical.
Can you create any concept I request?
Most creative concepts are welcome, but we may decline requests involving unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Policies
Payment & Production
Full payment is required before creative work begins. Production begins once payment, usable photos, and complete instructions have been received.
Refund Policy
Because each order is custom digital artwork, payments are generally nonrefundable after production begins. Duplicate payments or orders canceled before production will be reviewed promptly.
Revision Policy
Each package includes one reasonable revision unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions, new concepts, or replacement source photos may require an added fee.
Privacy Policy
Submitted photos and personal information are used only to communicate with you, process payment, create your order, and deliver finished files. We do not sell customer information.
Photo Permission
By submitting photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and authorize The Alter Ego Studio to edit them solely for your order.
Portfolio Permission
We will not use your original or finished images publicly without your permission. Any portfolio permission may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us.
Digital Delivery
Orders are delivered as digital files. No physical product is included unless separately stated. Customers are responsible for saving downloaded files after delivery.
Creative Interpretation
Artificial intelligence and creative editing may introduce artistic variations. We cannot guarantee exact replication of clothing, jewelry, text, hands, backgrounds, or every facial detail.
